IT WORKS!!! It's perfect, read for tips...
The media could not be loaded. I had already done some research on how to use a hand drill, it is very important DO NOT PUSH!I purchased this after I realized I could not screw in a tiny eye screw into a piece of plastic for earrings like you can in the drywall with the big ones.I specifically chose this one because I had no idea what size drillbit I needed and this one came with the micro bits and was a great price. So glad I did because the regular drill bits are pretty big and I ended up needing the fourth smallest microbit for lego earrings. It's a very solid tool that looks like it will last me a long time and can be used for lots of projects. It's fairly straightforward, if you've ever used a regular drill or an exacto knife the bit installation is the same, and if you ever used an eyeglass repair screwdriver, turning it with one hand is the same. If you have large hands, you can use your palm, but I have small hands, really medium sized for a woman, so I put my index finger on top and used my other fingers to turn it, while I held the Lego with my left hand. I practiced a few times on a Lego brick.I didn't use any pressure. I just held it steady and turned it, it takes quite a few turns to get it started. Once you get it started it goes pretty easy. Again, do not use force. Maybe with the larger bits on some thing more dense you may have to use a little pressure, but on the small drill bits definitely DO NOT force it! The micro bit I used is extremely sharp, it was very easy to make the hole. Just concentrate on keeping it straight. If you don't know which size bit to use start with a smaller one because you can always make the hole bigger. And it never hurts to test it out on some thing you don't care about first. The box came with a URL and QR code that went nowhere. If you need instructions, just search the Internet for how do use a hand drill.I have been buying my Lego earrings on Amazon but I wanted a very specific one they didn't have and now that I know I can make my own earrings out of plastic toys I will be making a lot! LOLFor Lego figures: drill a hole through each piece separately, first the hat or hair of the from the inside so you can see where the middle of the circle is, then the top of the head, and last through the neck. Put all pieces together and screw in your eye screw. I didn't put any glue on it, I'm not sure if I need it, seems like it's going to hold without it.

Wow! What a surprise! It was slow, but worked!
Item: Amazon 3” acrylic ornament disk with plastic protective film on each side.I am calling this tool a “Gizmo.”WHAT I TRIED TO DRILL HOLES IN AN ORNAMENT BLANKFirst fails: battery powered screwdriver with drill bit. That cracked disk and half went flying across the room!Second not great result: Dremel 200. It did sort of okay but hole looked chewed up. I had to clean it up with a vise. Called Dremel and was told to use a 4300 and go buy Dremel drill bits and get a drill press stand. ( Before I invested $250 for the set, I wanted to test this $10 gizmo!)THIS LITTLE GIZMO: Huh! It WORKS!It is VERY s l o w, but not hard to do. Downside to do the 36 holes I need would take about 9 ( nine!) hours. First hole took about 15 minutes to break through, but it was a pretty clean hole! Compare it against the machined one I didn’t do on right.I used the largest bit in the set. 1/2 way through the bit slid up inside the gizmo. So I had to fish it out, put it back in position and retightening it in jaw.Emphasizing “Used largest drill bit.” Look at the holes: the one on left this Gizmo did. The one on right the ornament blank came with it.Large = about 1/8” hole.Smallest bits are smaller diameter than a sewing pin. Conclusion: This takes A LOT of patience! If the goal is to finish fast and finish your project, like I wanted to do, this level of “slow” is too slow. I am going to source a colleague with a Dremel 4400 set up and pay them to do the drilling. With the right set up, should take about 15-30 minutes. But if you want a project while watching tv, or waiting on a meal in the oven, or hanging out watching your front lawn grass grow, this slow Gizmo does work.Dremel’s are worth the investment when multiple projects are waiting. They are great little all in one tools for small projects.Tip - unscrew the Gizmo part closest to jaw to open so you can put in drill bit. Instructions are not correct in web page; it says to unscrew top area. No Instructions on box, just warning to wear glasses and bits are fragile.Bits may be stuck in storage tube. Mine were. I dislodged a few using another bit. The tiniest ones were really stuck! I took off cap from other end and “blew hard.” That moved the last two a little bit to wear I could scrape them out with another bit.

Bought two: one doesn’t work and one works great!
Started off great but now the manual screw doesn't do anything no matter how much you tighten the screw pin.Edited: I bought another set and the manual screw works great on that one. The owners were very kind and offered a refund for the one that doesn’t work.

Small and Mighty... GET IT!
Gosh darn it this is the best little hand drill you can find at an affordable price! Perfect for pre-drilling holes in wood, metal, plastic, pvc and more! I personally used them to recycle keychain from old PVC toys. It worked great for me! I have used it in small wood shelves, then nailed them together like a charm! The clear plastic case it comes in works, plus there is a small set of drill bits! Def worth purchasing!

This is one of the best I found for the price
Had a few of these over the years, recently bought another cheapie on Amazon. They all suffered from the same cheap design, excessive friction on the spinning end, and the chuck alignment was not precise and had noticeable manufacturing burrs. This hand drill is not like the rest. The end spins very smoothly and actually surprised me; the rubber grip is very comfortable, and the chuck is quality-made and comes together with the best alignment I have seen for any I have ever owned. I'm going to pick another one up on my next Amazon purchase, great quality for the price.

Product works great. However, QR codes do not work and no sizes on PCB drill bits.
Title says it all. I've made good use of some of the larger bits for 3D printed objects. The QR codes on the cases give 404 errors or go somewhere unrelated. There is no way (other than measuring with a good calipers) to determine the diameter of the PCB drill bits.
