Long Shelf Life
Small slices as expected but it toasts well. Don't be discouraged by the smaller slices because the bread requires quite a bit more chewing than regular bread. I admit to have not really tasted it without toppings aside from maybe a missed corner or two (and it wasn't repulsive). I am on keto and have been accidentally consuming slightly over the carb limit in my daily diet and although this is low carb, I have resorted to one slice with topping and my two morning duck eggs. It does make you feel fuller - probably because of the chewing making your brain believe that you are consuming more than you actually are. It is considered pricey but it seems to go on forever in my fridge. It freezes well, is nice and firm and smells lovely toasted.

This is good for you, reap the benefits next morning, and pick the seeds from your teeth/ toothbrush all week. Tastes good for you and as it should, I will continue with this monthly tho, not weekly. Still recommended

Awful.
Not very nice at all. I ended up throwing almost 2 loaves away. Very small slices. Make your own. Look up "Diedre's "For Real" Low Carb Bread" on YouTube. Get the ingredients from Amazon.. Long run it's cheaper.

Not good value for money feels like a waste for me
The bread is really small and it tastes really bland and quite hard it’s not great for the price I really regret buying it as I can’t return it and I bought 2 even tried toasting it but it didn’t work well for me either I’m better off with Srsly low carb bread or even just lighter danish wholemeal brew would not recommend especially because of how small it is! It does contain low amounts of carbs per slice but that’s because the sizes are pretty but the cost and taste is appalling!

Game changer for the keto diet
Absolute game changer! I’ve made my own keto bread for a while, but it always ends up dense and not that nice. This bread is light and fluffy and definitely fills the bread void I’ve had since following a keto diet. It’s expensive and isn't something i will buy weekly, but good to know i can pick this up when I fancy a sarny!
