High Quality Pen
This pen has a cute little hanging charm on the end of it. It's a very solid, well-made pen. It's a good size so when you hold it, it is very comfortable to hold and write with. The graphics are nice, and it's very durable. It writes well too.

Damaged Product
I received a damaged pen. The tip of the pen does not come out on twisting and it was evident that the inside is broken. It was supposed to be a gift to a dear friend and I am so disappointed now. The body of the pen is sturdy but it is of no use if it does not fulfill the real purpose!!

Worked for maybe 2 days then the ink part wouldn't come out after you twist it. Waste.
