Horchata Plant Protein

Love this flavor it’s not overwhelming sweet just the perfect amount of sweetness. It mixes very well if shaken good! It’s doesn’t upset my stomach which is great because I have a sensitive stomach. Both water and milk goes very well with the protein powder! Ive been consistent for 8 weeks and I’m seeing improvement and gaining muscle and I don’t break out the quality is amazing!

I’ve been using One Sol products for months now, and I’m absolutely hooked. The horchata flavor is hands down my favorite—it’s a perfect blend of cinnamon and vanilla, just like the classic drink. Honestly, all their flavors are amazing!!! It’s plant-based, gluten-free, and has no added sugars, which is a game-changer for my diet. I usually drink mine with just water, but they have so many fun recipes if you want to switch it up. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, tasty protein!

I started swimming regularly about a month ago and was so hungry all the time. My health coach recommended to start including a protein supplement into my diet to help curb my hunger. I can't do whey protein because it gives me a stomachache and makes me feel bloated. I recently bought the one sol plant based protein horchata to try out and oh my god, I'm in love! It tastes just like a real horchata and my stomach has no issues with it. I can't wait to try the other flavor chocolate sea salt and hopefully many more flavors to come!

I bought the chocolate flavor and it is really good. It has no chalky flavor and tastes great. The horchata on the other hand does not taste like horchata and I dislike it. It does help if you add instant coffee and cinnamon to the horchata to make it some what tolerable.

Too sweet and it only last two weeks. Not worth buying. I don’t recommend this brand.

This protein tastes so good, it is actually enjoyable to drink and the ingredients are clean. I definitely recommend this protein.

I wanted to love it, because it’s plant based and apparently very good for you. It has a good flavor but it does not taste like horchata. It has more of a cinnamon taste. Not overwhelming just a hint. But it’s so fine it gets all over the place , it’s very messy I have to squeeze really hard to close the packaging. Once I shake it doesn’t seem to dissolve. Which is a big no for me. Good thing about it …doesn’t have a chalky taste or weird after taste.

This is such a good protein drink! Highly recommend to anyone who loves horchata! It’s full of flavor, filling and high quality. Love it! Definitely will be purchasing again!
