Because my legs ache when I'm standing, I wanted support socks that are attractive (fun!) and not uncomfortable. These, I actually enjoy wearing! The patterns and colors live up to their photos and coordinate well with my jeans and slacks. They do not scream "support hose" though they ARE supportive and do provide some relief. I wear a women's size 8 shoe and found the large size socks to be snug but not so tight that I struggled to put them on. The toe box is large and comfortable; I have walked over a mile wearing the socks without getting blisters. On 80 degree days, they are just a little warm compared to ordinary socks. NOTE: I have spider veins with little or no swelling and need only light support.

My husband ordered these since I spend a lot of hours on my feet at work. They definitely help that tired, achy leg feeling. The colors are vibrant and beautiful and they wash really well. I love these socks!

These help keep swelling down. Comfortable, not too tight. Lots of colors to choose from.

These socks are pretty nice and they are comfortable. After several hours they sometimes start to feel like they are binding at the top, but not bad. I would recommend you check all your pairs on day one, as one of my pair had the top toe stitching done wrong, making that pair unusable. Amazon is replacing for me. Good socks for the money.

I love the styles/colors available, they go with all my uniforms, make for fun conversations. The material is like no other. I work long shifts at the hospital & the support I get from these compression socks are incredible. They stay in place & last over a year (working 6-7 days a week 8hr-16hr shifts). You wash & dry them with your regular laundry, you could also wash them by hand & hang them to dry if you wanted too.

I have, what I think is, a normal muscular calf. Most of the socks look like this across the thickest part of my calf. I have a 14" calf, so within the range for the S/M socks. If I went up a size, they'd be too big everywhere else. Definitely not much ankle compression, so I'd call these "just for looks" socks. They're cute (less so with that calf squeeze) and if you were doing some fun run or something like that, these could work. If you need these to prevent ankle swelling during airline flights, they do a mediocre job. Better than not having anything, but not as good as graduated compression socks. I also highly, highly doubt there is any copper in these socks. I've owned enough copper shorts/ socks/ etc and these just look like nylon/ elastic.

My legs are so swollen I was surprised they fit! Not only did they fit they are the most comfortable compression stockings I have ever worn!!!!!! They are not uncomfortable in the heat, the are breathable. Great support, without being uncomfortable.
