This ice wrap is amazing!!!! I have a smaller ACE brand flexible ice pack and that one is nice but it's smaller and so it only covers either the front or back of my knee at a time. This one encircles the whole thing and I really love it. The straps stay in place really nicely when I'm walking around and the ice/coldness stays cold so long. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I'm having such terrible knee pain right now and I don't know what I would do without this ice pack. It's really nice and a really great price.

I went to rehab to try and prevent yet another shoulder surgery. This worked great to keep my shoulder iced after rehab. I was able to wear it while I sat at my desk and worked. I have full mobility back and no pain. And this is completely thanks to rehab and the ability ice it down afterwards

Perfect for my son in baseball! Works well! Size is good he's 15, easy to use, straps hold it in place well, stays cold for over 25 min if frozen!

This ice pack was great for the money, got 2 so one was cold all the time. Used for months for my ACL surgery. Better than the ice machine! Still using them, kept them in the plastic in the freezer to keep them clean. Highly recommend

Fits perfectly and has been exactly what I needed to ice my shoulder. Love the protective layer on the skin side. Stays cold for at least the recommended 20min ice time. Perfect!

I purchased this for my knee after a knee replacement it was so helpful because it provided cooling comfort in front and behind the knee. It also stayed in place with the Velcro straps.

That being said, for the price, I’d say it’s worth it if you wanna pay half price for a half price worth gel pack. There’s not enough gel inside the pack and what gel there is moves around a lot and quickly when it’s room temp. When frozen, if it clumps up in one spot…too bad! Gotta wait for it to thaw. I WOULD keep it because for the price, you really can’t beat it but I quickly found out why. Aside from the lack of sufficient gel, the top of the shoulder part does not grip down. I like that I can pretty much use it anywhere on my body. But I will be returning it. I need a better quality ice pack where the pad stays down on you and there’s not enough material inside to provide a more temp-stable use. The plush side is really soft but the Velcro on both sides of the straps is annoying and SUCKS! 3/5 stars only because you are getting your money’s worth…and it’s not a whole lot money

These were a blessing after my knee surgery. They covered the whole affected area and the straps were positioned very well. They covered the area without excessive weight and bulkiness.
