Great security panel
Very nice panel. Focused on security and integrated easily with AlarmGrid for monitoring. Most of my existing z-wave devices work fine (switches, Yale door lock, thermostats). It lacks some features of a smart home hub. But this is primarily a security panel.I received a nice handwritten note in the box with setup instructions and default codes and a phone number to call if I had any issues. Nice touch!

Alarm Panel
This alarm panel is very easy to set up and very reliable. Either wall mount or countertop. Very versatile and this is a 319.5 mhz panel.

Simple to install. Value
Received my panel 2 days after I placed my order. It was very easy to set up using the installation wizard feature. The activation process for the free monitoring trial was fast and easy. I received an email, responded and within 15 minutes my trial was activated. Highly recommend. Great customer service!
