Description
1. Add Water to small cooking pot (8 Cups of water to 1 cup of Bubble pearl) 2. Wait until the water boils and then add bubble pearl to the boiling water 3. Stir the pearl gently 4. When the pearl is flooding to the top of the water and turn the heat down to low and wait 5-10 mins 5. Turn off the heat and keep the lid on for another 10 mins for best result 6. Remove the bubble from the pot and raise it in cold water to make bubble more chewy

Delicious and easy
I love boba! Such a good buy for a busy family but wants to conserve money by doing it at home AND cut on sugar intake compared to a Boba tea restaurant. It cooks quickly, even from frozen. Just double your cooking time from 5 to 10 minutes for the first step, everything else stays the same. I froze them to preserve quality and it worked! Same size or pretty close to boba tea places. You want to buy this for your homemade Boba tea!

Unfortunately it’s too late to get a refund for me as I bought this a couple months before I needed it. When I opened the first bag, there was a zip tie sitting right on top of the pearls.The second bag was fine and is the reason I am still giving 2 stars. The pearls cooked up just fine.
