Lock doesn’t work
Very Poor Quality – Faulty Lock This diary is completely useless. Even after setting a password, the lock opens with any random number. I can change the password and still open it without using the correct one. Because of this, the diary provides no security at all. I paid ₹500, and the basic function of the lock does not work. I tried to raise an issue, but no response or support was provided. My money has been wasted on a product that is not functional. I expect a replacement, refund, or a proper solution from the seller. Otherwise, this product should not be sold. Highly disappointed. Not recommended.
