I have been watching these for a couple of years. My 10 year old laptop is having issues but still had better performance than the newer ones. I had not found anything that even equaled my laptop for less than $1,000. Well here we are! This system has great speed and functionality. Graphics card is great for my needs, since I am not a gamer. I am expecting normal HP quality, which is the same brand it is replacing. The only drawback is the hard drive space. But with my savings, I can get an external hard drive easily. The newest USB drive is super fast, as I moved over all of my records. I do miss having a touchscreen though. Thanks to Amazon Prime day, I now have a great computer for a great price.

Love my laptop. I am not using it for gaming but I have played some games on it. The graphics and processor is unbeatable for the price of the laptop. I bought this laptop for college and it has met all my expectations. I also have many zoom meetings and there is no lag. The mics and camera are amazing. I can also have many screens running at one time without any lag. I will be replacing the SSD to a TB, it does not have a keyboard backlight and it is not touchscreen. It is a great laptop that is under 1,000 and it exceeded my expectations. I needed the laptop ASAP, with a quick glance at the Processor, Graphics, and that it was an HP laptop under 1,000 I saw it was the best bang for the buck. The icing on the top was that it arrived earlier than expected.

This was a new laptop. Not accessed or used by anyone. Then how did a virus get installed within the system? I had to install Nort?? to purge the stinking virus before I could do anything on the laptop. Everything works great once I cleaned it up.

Do yourself a favor, and keep looking. I purchased this laptop in July 12, 2023. I've had wayore than enough time to work with this trash before I wrote this review. The only pro is that it moves fast. Now the cons I've encountered: Let's start with this POS won't even start up most of the time. So it can't work fast if you can't even get the thing to start up. I am currently having to repeatedly start this thing up in safe mode daily. The battery life is worth a negative 3 stars. HP support is another piece of trash. Also, I occasionally have to let this laptop run all the way down in order to get it to restart properly. Sometimes that takes days bc the computer will start tripping out of nowhere with a full battery. When it does this there is no way to even make it play a you tube video just to run the battery down. It's like the keyboard just does not work. This is by far the WORST laptop I have ever owned. Maybe it's a Windows update fix. I use my laptop bc I'm an accountant. This laptop has cost me so many customers this past tax season that I feel like HP owes me money. Don't use this for business purposes. This computer is hands down poorly built trash.

It has good quality and speed. O recommend for daily use, home or work (not for graphic work, photoshop or 3d videos). It is fast enough to use office 365 and several browse pages at same time. Its start is fast, what I like. Good value for money. Average battery.

Excellent laptop. Very fast and no problems hooking up to my big screen TV and using bluetooth keyboard and mouse from my couch. Will buy a more powerful one in a few years.
