Gentle and effective. I've been taking this product for many years, like 10? Very effective for mood stabilization, taking the edge of high stress days without drowsiness or any other crazy side effects Ive experienced with SSRI. This stuff and SAMe helps to control my neuropathic pain which made it possible to cut back on pain meds. I take one in the morning, upon awaking and one at bed time to help with relaxation. Of course, effectiveness of this and other "calming " suppl depends on one's own brain chemistry and methylation type. I would definitely start there to determine the best combo to remain "cool, calm, and collected". Good luck

I purchased these mood boost supplements to help with my hormones after I gave birth to my second son. They have helped phenomenally with my mood! My stress and anxiety have been much more manageable and I find myself being able to enjoy my day to day so much more! All natural ingredients that work! Would definitely recommend to all my new mama friends!

Horrible!
I ordered this to help with my insomnia, anxiety, and stress. I had the opposite of what I expected! I cried all the time (for days) and only until I stopped taking it did I return to normal! This should not be sold over the counter at all! I think a person who takes this, thinking it will help with their mood and sleep could actually become suicidal! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE TAKE THIS PRODUCT! Although the ingredients seem to be harmless, it is not a good idea to take this ---- especially if you take any prescribed medications. I'm lucky, I was able to figure out what was making me feel like this! Others may not be so lucky. Just don't do it!
