I purchased the Elegar Beach Tent with Canopy, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. From the very first use, I was impressed by how easy it is to set up—literally in just a few seconds, it’s ready to use. The quality of the materials is excellent. I also love that it provides UPF 50+ protection, which gives me peace of mind knowing that my family is safe from harmful UV rays, especially the kids who spend more time inside playing or resting. The design is both practical and spacious. It features side windows that allow for great ventilation, preventing heat from building up inside, while also providing some privacy. I loved this beach store, it was an excellent purchase. It is quite spacious, we comfortably fit several adults and children, and the extra space of the awning makes a great difference to have more shade. Something that I really liked is that it is super easy to assemble, practically alone, which helps a lot when one goes with children or many things. It also protects very well from the sun, it feels cool inside and the material looks good quality I definitely recommend it, especially for families.

Setting ip the tent was so simple and I did it by myself with a baby on my hip! The front shade was a different story. The poles were so thin, they didn’t stand a chance against the ocean breeze so I didn’t put too much effort in trying to get them to stay up. Even with the windows open, the inside was a little hotter and we needed a fan. I liked being able to hang the fan from the hook in the top center. Cooled it down for us to play inside. The tent stayed up all day and fit the baby pool and bags. A low chair can fit inside easily. Putting the tent away was a different experience than the set up. After a long, hot day I wasn’t very patient with being able to fold it the right way. I also didn’t have time to practice with it before being on the beach because I got the tent 30 minutes before leaving. Not the seller’s fault. Overall, I liked the tent. I wish it there was a larger size to fit more in the shade.

Really happy with this beach tent! It was much easier to set up than I expected and feels lightweight enough to carry without a problem. The canopy gives extra shade, which was very helpful during a sunny day outside. There was enough room for several people and our bags, and the airflow inside was pretty good too. I also like that it folds down compactly for storage.

Perfect for 2 adults. I can sit in a chair and the wife has plenty of room to sprawl out and lay down. Setting up the canopy with the two rods is a little tricky, but once it’s set, it’s good to go. I was pleasantly surprised at how much shade it does offer. Set up for the main part is simple once the sand bags on the sides were buried, tear down is just as simple. Zippers aren’t anything special, they work as intended for now. We had wind gusts up to 15mph and it held together fine and didn’t break or get deformed. Well worth it if you’re sensitive to the sun, or not looking to bake for an extended beach relaxation.

Just no. I returned it because I’m not paying $$ for it 1) to be used and damaged upon arrival, and 2) for it not even to work. They sent me a used one that had sand in it and damage on the side. I said eh whatever maybe it will work for what I need because I didn’t have time to return it and buy another one. I opened it at home to check it out and get a hang of it before trying it out on the beach. That’s how I found the damage and the sand. So opening, you have to be careful because the front legs have an extra fold down and will get stuck or even break if you are not gentle with it. I didn’t break them but it sucked while I was outside trying to open it up. I thought the inside umbrella concept would be handily but it was terrible because if there is any wind or you have kids it’ll be impossible to watch them and put it up while fighting it. The string in the middle is pointless and honestly just in the way. Closing it was also a challenge because you have to go inside to close it and once you get it down it just collapses on you. Terrible. Both opening and closing if there is any wind you’ll be struggling more because the wind will catch the inside and you’ll just be trying to fight against the wind and trying to open or close it. Let me tell you…. It sucks. The awning does not work! I tried so many different ways and each time it just failed. I bought it with the awning because I needed it, so that was a disappointment. It is so hot on the inside! It was worse inside than just sitting outside on a towel. All and all, it sucks but the pro is that is big enough on the inside and maybe better for camping but it is kinda bulky and heavy.

Update 08/15/26 I have been using this beach tent all summer and I love it! Although just the basic tent can be used without the optional canopy, I usually attach it for the extra space. The stakes that came with it do not hold it in deep, dry sand. The main part of the tent holds well - especially if there is gear on the floor and our beach chairs - but the canopy pulls loose, and there are no sand bags for the canopy. I bought some better tent stakes (also sold on Amazon) and they work much better. They still pull out sometimes in wind gusts in deep, dry sand. I have found that setting up in sparse grass, when available, works very well. The stakes rarely pull loose. The roots of just a few tufts of grass are enough. The windows provide ventilation, and raising the side flaps helps, too; but the tent can still get hot in the sun. If there isn't enough breeze, I use a small, battery operated fan to keep air moving in the tent. When I have my beach chair with me (webbed for quick dry and ventilation), I clip the fan up the chair arms and let it blow on me. The main tent is very easy to set up and take down: pop the "umbrella" up, extend the 2 legs, set the 4 stakes - done! The canopy takes a bit longer, but it is easy enough. We love that the floor can zip up onto the sides and the top for complete privacy! Great for a small changing room! We also love that the sides of the canopy can either be zipped down for more sun/wind protection or zipped part way up for more ventilation. The 3 windows are also very easy to open and close, and they do help with ventilation. The hook at the top provides a place to hang a small battery operated fan or light. Love that! The storage pockets are handy. This tent is bigger and taller than most, so it will fit portable chairs. We have attached a photo of our two reclining chairs inside the tent without the canopy attached. They will fit into the tent completely with the canopy on. We love that the floor can be extended out in front of the tent under the canopy, or it can be folded either into or under the main tent; but there is no way to hold the front down once extended - especially in the wind. We found that the bottoms of the canopy polls can be angled down onto the front of the floor to help hold it down. I highly recommend this beach tent! Spacious for just me and my gear. Big enough for a couple and some kids.

I live in colorado and for those who know, the sun can be very intense. I purchased this beach tent for the purpose of sheltering my wife and newborn so they can have privacy for feeding, and keep out of the sun. That has worked out very well, making our frequent trips to the park nice. I love the quick set up of this tent. Its saves ALOT of time and frustration. It has great air flow when the windows are down as well. This tent has even stood up to the passing daily rain storms coming over the Rockies. I can seeing using a beach tent for plenty of out door activities or events as my kid grows. The question I have which could result in a lower review than initially posted is how long this specific tent is supposed to last. I have tried to treat this tent as nice as possible taking care during packing and unpacking. Since this the purchase mid summer this year I estimate we have used the tent about 30 times. The tarp since has popped stitches and some how sustained tears against my attempts to preserve it. I would like this tent to last a couple years at least. My other comments. Tent stakes: they are not sturdy enough and I will always recommend stronger stakes for the possible tougher soil. The stock stakes will probably suffice for sandy beaches. The poles for the canopy will probably work just fine for the sand too. For other soils they are harder to get in the ground.

Highly recommend. Easy to assemble and disassemble. Umbrella is the way to go. Once you put in the peg nicely. It’s good to go.

Bought this to provide sun protection when we go to the beach with our new baby. I managed to construct this by myself and get it down in less than 5 minutes and packed into its bag whilst my partner held the baby. Better than expected! The mechanism takes a bit of getting used to so I reckon I could do it even quicker in time! It's sturdy in the wind and comfortable. Also lightweight- similar size and weight to our camping chairs when in its bag. We spent the whole time at the beach saying we should've bought this ages ago!

Initially the product looks good however in real life usage - the supplied sand spikes are absolutely useless - when it's opened a small wind can blew it away since the sand spikes aren't holding at all If these would be sorted by the manufacturer it could go from 1 to 5 star but as of now it's a piece of junk

Cumpre o prometido da descrição. Produto testado na praia, funcionou bem... Não é muito resistente à chuva, mas de fácil instalação, é adequado a praia e camping. Dica: instale a varanda da barraca de costas para o sentido do vento, caso contrário, pode ficar instável.
