This makes feeding my turtles so easy even wile I'm on vacation.

This unit lasted just past the 30-day window. Dust from the food got into the unit and moisture turned it into a petri dish for *something* that was downright nasty, shorting the electronics.

Directions were incorrect and hard to figure out. Bit once you figure out, it’s a great product but a real pain and understanding the terrible directions. And you have to do when the battery runs out once you figure out how it works is great.

The batteries were not included and the top does not lock on one of the tabs. They should have tried to shield the food shoot from the rain as it clogs up when it gets wet. I bought 2 of these things between June 28 and July 10 and both of these ha quit working. I try contact the seller and couldn’t get anyone to assist me. I was told by Amazon that there was nothing they could do so I tried to fix these things but the circuit boards are bad from moisture and cannot be repaired. If the seller could send me the displays wit the circuit boards I will try to fix them and then try to seal them from rain. If this seller doesn’t want to make this right they should be banned from Amazon. At this point I would recommend that no one purchase these for outdoor use!!!!!

It worked for a short holiday. But as soon as it rains once, it gets clogged.

This devise works OK but is rather difficult to program. I’ve had it for several months and it generally works as it should. However, it fails in the rain or wet areas because the feed chute is not covered and it gets wet when it rains. When this happens, the food sticks to the chute and does not dispense. It gets wet and clogs up the chute. I fixed this somewhat by fashioning a shield over the chute, but the manufacturer should (and could) easily make this fix.

Do not buy this product. I bought 2 and after 1 month one of them broke right after Amazon return window. These are not water resistant they will stop working. What is the point of getting it if it breaks after 1 month. Do not buy. Until they fix them and make them water proof.

Programming instructions are very poor and confusing. Also topic and actions to take are inconsistent. Also arrangement of actions are very confusing. Suggest arrange action in one row, vertically.

My reason for the purchase was that we were going on a 3week holiday and I did not feel I could ask a neighbour to feed the fish daily, for 3 weeks.My pond is outside, in the garden.Basically it worked fine BUT, the spout that delivered the fish food protruded from the main body. On return from holiday I found it had rained and food was sticking to the spout, subsequently limiting the amount of food being delivered.It would be ideal if the pond is either internal, or in a sheltered area.
