Does anyone know if this is compatible with a Unifi US-XG-6POE ? It looks the right length but I'm not sure the screw mounts into switch will match.

So long as the mounting holes on your Unifi are between the 14mm-30mm range of the angled slots on the bracket then it should fit. I used the small version of the brackets on my ZyXEL GS-1124A and they fit the switch perfectly, though I did need to elongate the holes that attach it to the rack in order for it to screw down properly.

Used to mount a switch in 10" rack.

Pretty well thought out kit in terms of how the screwholes are laid out that should give you the capability to mount most switches into a rack if the horizontal dimensions are right so long as you don't mind if it sits a little proud or inside the rack. I fitted them to a Xikestor Chinese POE switch and just... And I mean... JUST... managed to fenangle it into a 10" rack.... But that's not a fault of the kit, that's just the way it is. Decent selection of screws with different threads. Can't complain really
