Incredible for the back after sitting at your computer all day.
I roll my upper back on this every day and while you might hear the odd crack (from your back, not the roller) it feels amazing, like it's rolling out the knots and stress of the day. It's also good for the hips and upper legs. It comes with an instruction sheet with how to use on various parts of the body. It's good quality and in my opinion, worth paying the extra few quid for a quality product that will last and with the right type of foam which is essential. I also have a yoga ball that I've had for years which is also really good for stretching after sitting at a desk all day but this foam roller feels like a deep massage and I believe, helps with posture. I honestly wouldn't want to be without it.

Fantastic quality product

Great alternative to sports massage.
Best accessory I have bought all year. I run 3/4 times a week and often get tight muscles. The trigger point allows me to loser up the tissues and ease some of the pain which has meant my recovery is much shorter. Although is it more expensive than some others I would highly recommend investing. It holds it shape and is easy to store. My partner who cycles has also used this and has seen benefits. Great to use between sports massages.

Not for the faint hearted!
It is very good! It can be rather painful to say the least but it certainly assists your body following excercise etc!

Great product, very durable
Got this on recommendation from a personal trainer. Worked brilliantly for some running niggles and injuries. Lots of instruction videos out there about how to use this. It is painful but it does help in the long term. Have used this loads and it still looks the same as it did the first day. Great product.

Great addition to a weightlifters kit
Purchased to help improve my mobility after I started weightlifting and so far it has made a huge difference. Used regularly alongside a stretching routine I've managed to vastly improve on my problem areas (hip mobility) and I can now squat much lower. There are other areas I intend to work on and with books like Becoming a Supple Leopard, I'm certain I will get plenty of use out of my trusty pink Trigger Point foam roller. Almost two years later and it has yet to show significant signs of wear but when it does, I fully intend to purchase a new one.

Super Produkt!
Ich hatte diese Rolle zuvor bereits woanders gemeinsam mit jemandem nutzen können. Die Qualität ist super und hilft bei Verspannungen. Nun hab ich mir eine eigene zugelegt und bin nach wie vor begeistert. Es gibt ja immer mal wieder auch zu sehr günstigen Preisen ähnliche Produkte, die mich aber nie richtig überzeugen konnten, da ich bei solchen Produkten Sorge habe, dass man sich eher ver- als entspannt. Mit dieser Faszienrolle ist aber alles super, ich kann sie wirklich weiterempfehlen.
