Perfectly executed
Now you can pretend you’re a member of a Formula One pit crew AND change strings in record time. What’s not to love? The Music Nomad winders are the best, the blue rubber is firm but doesn’t mark your machinehead buttons. They’re compact but seem to fit everything. I have the manual version too with the excellent string cutters, the rubber winder part is the same on both. Music Nomad stuff is a bit pricey but always well designed and made. If you’re looking for a string winder drill bit just buy this one.

It's small & convenient + I'm Lazy= SOLD
This has to be THE 'Lazy me' product of the year. I have at least one string winder that I'd describe as excellent, so why do I need this? Fact is I don't, it's a want, It's there so I can imagine my life suddenly becoming much more easy to manage. Or similar .I have stringed instruments, lots of them and all played regularly, BUT, I LOATHE RE-STRINGING!You decide why Ilike it.!

Works well, as it should at this price
Pop this into your lightest cordless drill and if you have a 12 string guitar, or multiple guitars that need re-stringing, its a real labour saving device!The winder is made from soft rubber, firm enough to grip and turn, but soft enough not to scratch.It costs twice what it should, imo, so only 4 stars.
