how far away from the screen to fill 110 inch screen?

I’m not sure. I’ve only used the projector once and placed it about 9’ from a wall (no screen). The resolution was very good and the picture covered a wide area which may have exceeded 110”. Sorry I can’t be more specific... hope this helps.

Is there a manual I can download from online?

I don’t know. Setup is very straight forward.

Do you have to move projector for screen size or can it be done per projector?

Yes, projector must be moved manually to accommodate screen dimensions. The good news is that the resolution is good!
