Two arms one guard
Expensive for one arm protection, just have to figure out which arm is more likely to need the protection. Note to self read the description and don’t assume that because I have two arms two guards are supplied

Protection, yes, it can do that
I used this guard for Airsoft and it certainly helped. The thinner part of the item (covering the biceps and the other inward areas of the arm) however doesn't really contribute much to protecting. It's okay, really - I have taken a few hits on the padded areas and I got away just fine. Obviously I'm not advertising this as an Airsoft product, but - just so you know - it might very well work as one.I have a couple doubts about it, however. The hole on the other side - what it is for? And why does it look like it would sit better on one arm than the other? Also, for being a one-size article, it seems pretty comfortable-towards-tight on my arm (I'm rather small), so I don't know how would this work with bigger arms.Well, at the end of the day I bought it for one specific reason, and it worked very well. So far I can say I'm very satisfied.

Look a little bit like robocop for the day
Great for protection at rugby and very comfortable. Completely universal whether you need it for your left or right and sizing is good for all.The material stretches and grips well. You will need to readjust it a couple of times during a game but that's to be expected.The downside is that everyone knows your arm is injured and you become a walking target...

Single arm
Most similar pads are sold as a pair. This only has one. Wishing I had looked at the other reviews more closely before ordering.

Pointless
What can I say about this?Well last time I checked both my arms could do with protection, but yet only ONE sleeve is surprised. For the price you pay I'd expect two arms to be supplied.At no point does it state that only one is supplied.Don't bother wasting your money. I've ordered fro. Elsewhere who provide both sleeves.

Quite pricey and you only get one of them but it is pretty well padded
