Product: VO5 Ultimate Hold Hairspray, 400ml Rating: 10 out of 10 Let me start by saying simply, this is by far the best hairspray I have ever purchased. First of all, the smell you get with other hairsprays is one which lingers and gets stuck in the back of your throat with a disgusting chemical taste. This VO5 Ultimate Hold Hairspray however does not; it smells so pleasant that I even spray it on mornings when I do not need it... Purely for the fact it makes my hair smell nicer. Other hairsprays I have used in the past leave my hair feeling sticky and rock hard, with the VO5 you cannot even tell it is on. It's such a light, non-sticky texture that it does not show on your hair and clump it all together like I have had in the past. I have even got in to the routine of brushing my hair after applying this hairspray and I still get full coverage throughout the whole day / night. Another perk of this product is the fact you get no nasty residue, I have used hairsprays in the past where even after I wash and brush the hairspray out I can still feel the occasional clump if I run my fingers through my hair. If you are looking for a hairspray which does not leave your hair with a nasty, chemical like, smell; provides full coverage without looking like you are wearing half the bottle on your head and lasts throughout any weather for a long period of hold... Then I would definitely recommend buying this hairspray! (I now subscribe to this product monthly, even though it does last a long time i can never get enough of this hairspray).

Holds in place, leaves residue!!
I love the fact this hairspray holds my hair in place and it looks natural. However, I can't seem to wash the buggar out! I'm left with tiny white specks along the shaft of each hair and it makes me look like I'm going grey or mouldy! Someone please tell me, what can I use to get this residue out?
