First of all, I had this professionally installed because I knew it should be connected to studs. If you’re planning on connecting this to drywall, you’re making a mistake because it is sturdy, and your whole bodyweight is going to be sitting on it. I loved it as soon as I took it out of the box because the color is rich it is really polished, and the edges of it are all rounded. It comes preassembled. We had it installed at ADA requirement height. It’s extremely water repellent. The water just beads up on it. I do squeegee it off after every use. We’ve had it for three months, but I don’t anticipate the wood rotting anytime soon because we take care of it. Even if we didn’t, it is really polyurethaned to a high gloss. I bought and had this installed because my husband has arthritic knees and I wanted him to be able to shower as long as he felt like it. I didn’t realize how much I too would enjoy sitting down for my whole shower. I paid $99 for this and it was a bargain compared to similar items on Amazon, and a favorite addition to our new bathroom. If I were to install another shower stall in my house, I would definitely buy it again and recommend it to friends. Don’t hesitate to buy this as long as you’re going to have it attached correctly.

Very stable works fantastic

This shower chair is outstanding. I feel so secure while scrubbing and also when drying my legs once I finished my shower.

We like the way it looks. It's very sturdy and functions smothly - *nobody over 200lbs on it though. Some color has washed/faded off into our shower. We try not to blast the shower on it directly too much.

Excellent product for temporarily disabled spouse. Everyone who has seen this bench has been impressed. Easy to install.

Look good

I purchased this shower chair in January of 2025. I am disappointed to say that it is cracking and chipping from water damage. I have to believe this is a manufacturer defect. I know this order falls outside of the return policy. However, this chair was designed to be used in a shower and it’s not functioning properly. I would like a replacement or refund. Thanks

Sturdy and slick. I would buy it again

Not so great. It cracked on the sides. From the moisture and the water 💧. And the paint is peeling off. Other than that it helps when you shaving your legs 🦵

After 4 months , a board is warped. Update: now it’s cracking and strange white mildew reappears after every cleaning in these cracks. After analyzing the wood, it’s oak. Just look at the pics, anyone who knows oak can see it right away.
