I donโt think itโs as heavy as my Dell laptop is.

Cheap product failed, terrible warranty support. Fraud-level experience.
Laptop froze and stopped booting after six months. HP support was abysmal for warranty service. Three cases I opened were just dropped, a fourth case they said mail it to them for warranty repair (motherboard was dead), only for HP to tell me it had customer damage and would cost $500 to repair. It had absolutely no damage, not a scratch! I took perfect care of it. Then their number provided for questions required an agent ID which they never provided, so I'm unable to dispute it. I called in to regular HP support... turns out they determined it as "customer damage" because the seller (Amazon) replaced the RAM (as an upgrade). The item is missing from my list or orders when I try to request a return or refund. This isn't just bad customer service.... it is fraud!!

Garbage!
This is a cheap piece of crap. Right out of the box on power up it goes straight to black screen with multiple error codes most importantly a malfunctioning cooling fan causing it over heat rapidly. Just absolute garbage! Amazon isn't much help either in getting this resolved.

the computer is good but Its just really hard to see the keyboard characters in many light conditions. wish keys were black, not silver color.

I took the item to Costa Rica in the original box in my hands, when I tried to use it was not good at all. Today I returned to the States and Iโm filing the complaint, since day 1 never worked.

A piece of junk
I have watched this thing go round and round for the last 45 minutes. I bought this thing to upgrade from my old four-year-old computer and my four-year-old computer is faster than this piece of crap.
