I was really pleasantly surprised by how well this worked for me. (See my advice below) I rolled my ankle about 4 weeks out from a 7k that I'd been training really hard for. Took a week off, tried to run, and had to stop 5 minutes in. I put this sleeve on about 10 minutes later and was able to run triple the distance before stopping, finding most of my pain had been reduced. I've been wearing this brace on all my runs ever since and PR'd on my race this past Sunday :)I'm not saying this is a fix. My advice? Listen to your body and take breaks/rest where needed. I started by wearing the brace all my waking hours for a week, then just my working + exercise hours, then just when exercising. I'll continue to wear it until my ankle heals, and maybe even after because it keeps it stable. It is a TAD tight. Which is mainly why I stopped wearing it long hours. It easily stretches over my entire foot and up to my calf. But it is extremely comfortable and easy to run with, and provides incredible support for how light and unimpeding it is. Much better than a laced brace, I've found.

I wasn't sure what size to get since there was no size chart but went for a medium (shoe size 8 if that helps) and it's a perfect fit. My ankles are pretty weak now from years of sports injuries and my podiatrist recommended I get a sleeve to use for both ankles, the fact these came in a pair was a cherry on top! Good quality and very comfortable. Great fit, great color, couldn't rate high enough!

I ordered these to use at pickleball tournament and the support was good. Pretty comfortable fit, overall a good value.

These helped improve my ankle pain tremendously. Very comfortable and easy to wear with a sock. Works well for sleep too. Somehow works better than the ankle brace I’d been using before.

Okay, so I just picked these up and got home and put them on. I was so compelled that I had to do it automatic review. These things are so comfortable that I can't wait to wear them at work where I need them the most. Right when I put them on, they felt like my compression socks that I don't wear anymore. Very compressive, I can actually feel my blood flow getting better. I know that sounds weird, but you would know it if you felt it. They have great support, but I would say on the, according to my measurement, these are just a little loose and not compressed enough. If you going to wear them under your socks, I would go with one size smaller that's recommended or if you go to the recommended, I just suggest wearing it over thicker socks. I have bought these and modvel's knee sleeve. I really wish the top of the knee sleeve was like these ankle supports because they feel like they won't slip down my leg. I will follow up on the pain relief when I use these tomorrow at work. But I have to say for now I'm really loving them. A highly recommendation to purchase!Follow up...... So what I wrote about the size being a little big, I know it tells you on the website that if you wash them do not dry them. I ended up taking the risk of doing so and they ended up shrinking to the point where they're absolutely perfect. So after doing so and wearing them for a bit, I even more now than ever I did on the last review suggest that if you need any type of compression and support for your ankles and legs, do not hesitate and buy this. You will not regret it.

This is a tough one to review... I bought a pair of these several months ago (September), and they gave my ankle and foot immediate relief (from peroneal tendonitis). My foot was feeling so much better, I actually stopped wearing a brace on it. Then I re-injured it in March, so I pulled out my brace again. I'd only worn one of the two that I received, but now I'm wearing them every day and working out at the gym in them, so I wanted to get more. I ordered a different color, so I'd be able to distinguish between the new ones (pink) and the ones I've had for months (black). I ordered the same size, so I didn't bother to try them on when I got them. The first time I wore one of the pink ones, it felt a little big and was not providing as much support as I expected. All night long it kept sliding down and bunching up in my shoe. When I got home I compared an unworn/unwashed pink one against and unworn/unwashed black one and the pink one is almost a half inch bigger around. Unfortunately, I've had the pink pair too long to return them. The thing is, the black pair is amazing, and really helps my foot a lot. So, I'm actually ordering another pair. I will try them on immediately and if they don't fit as expected, I will return them. I'm not sure if the product was changed between September and March, or if there's variation in the manufacturing process for the different colored braces, or if there's just little quality control in the sizing. Live and learn... Try it on! When they fit they are great. When they don't fit they're a waste of money.

This brace is amazing! I was experiencing pain and weakness in an odd place on my left ankle, right underneath and around the ankle bone. I thought it might be tendonitis so I ordered these ankle braces. By the end of the first day, it was at least 50% better, the second day it was 75% better. By the third day it was almost completely gone and I didn’t even need the brace on the fourth day. It fit according to their measurements, is made of high quality materials and craftsmanship and extremely comfortable to wear all day and night! I got the light beige color so it wouldn’t stand out so much since I only needed one and it was perfect. To get two for this price is a steal! I highly recommend this brace.

Really nice product. Really works well, with even compression along sleeve. Easy to get on & off. The only thing I didn't like was how difficult it was to find instructions for determining the correct size. It should be, and at Amazon usually is, right near the area where buyer selects the size. Only in this case it wasn't. Now that I know te size, I will purchase other colors.
