We have had this for a little over a month now and water is trapped in the base. I cannot open it and the water is orange. This is where the faucet attaches and this water is going into our cups- it smells awful. I’m just outside of my exchange date and I can’t seem to get any help on fixing it, taking it apart or replacing. This water dispenser is pretty cool! We’ve recently been buying jugs of water and this is such a cool concept instead of buying or renting the big stands. It’s aesthetically pleasing, and the different settings are pretty cool. Everyone that comes to our house ends up buying one. The only thing we would love is an adjustable neck for filled my keurig or large water bottles. But it’s nothing to hold them at an angle. Really like this gadget!

This is a five star purchase for us! We bought this mostly to help fill baby bottles and water bottles to drink and it’s a game changer. Easily connects right into our water jug and fills quickly at the press of a button! It’s super accurate to, meaning I press that button to stop and it stops on a dime. Makes measuring water way easy. Added bonus is it’s quiet and took like 1 whole minute to set up!

Loved it until it died. 35 days after I received the item, It just quit all of a sudden right after dispensing the water, then for no reason it just stopped. I checked all the connections and found no issues. Really disappointing given the thousands of people who gave this product 4.5 stars. Not sure if I should try another brand or what. Not too surprising given the price. But if the life expectancy is only a month I should have only paid $10.00 for what is essentially a plastic water pump with a hose. It had promise but failed miserably. Really makes me question if all the reviews are actually from this product or if the reviews are legitimate.

Most water dispensers are an additional piece of furniture in your kitchen taking up space… This cool thing is petite, but works great. I like the elegant pearlescent white finish. It took a minute to figure out that you have to choose among the milliliters buttons first, then hit the 💧to get it to start: 100 to 1000 ml are the choices. Bonus: I’m getting more of a sense of how much actual water equals the multi milliliter measurement. Thus the dispensing device is like a modern version of a Pee-Chee folder interior flap. May finally bust me out of my 20th century addiction to ounces cups pints and quarts. Rational metric systems to supersede imperialist nonsense. Five stars, cheerio!

Love this water dispenser as I do not have to lift my 5-gallon tank off the floor to use it and it is not bulky and ugly. The water dispenses with ease, and the easy to use measurement buttons are super helpful when filling large and small cups of water. The sleek design makes for a stylish option. My only trouble with it is that the dispenser it not high enough from the stand to fit larger cups and bottles of water so we have to tilt it and press the button several times to fill a water bottle. Just a small inconvenience that is easily overcome, though.

Nice features like measuring the amount of water made me improve my tea experience, no longer measuring too much water for my cup. You get used to fill a standard cup and not having to be worried to overflow. It's a good looking design and high end finish, easy to use, battery lasts long we almost forget about it. Much better than manually pumping or having to lift 5 gallon water jug.

I buy a product and I expect to be able to use it out of the box. The plug in cord it comes with is the shortest cord I've ever seen. It's so short I can't even sit this product on my counter and plug it in to the socket on the kitchen counter because it's too short. Even if I have this dispenser shoved against the wall. You can't see it well in the photo, but this is plugged into my regular counter socket and the back of it is lifted up dangling because it can't even reach! Can we get a normal length cord please? wth! Then there's the clear tube that is supposed to run down into your water jug. You guessed it - super short. Unless you have this dispenser on the VERY edge of your table/counter (which you cant do because of the abnormally short charge plug), it won't reach the bottom of your jug, if even the middle of it. Not practical. I had my jug under my counter sink so its even higher than if it were sitting on the floor. Can we not have a regular length tube please?! I feel like for the price the product should come with actual usable pieces. The company really skimped on this. I would have to go to the store to buy longer cords and tubes, which I'm not willing to do. Also, pretty much the only thing you can fit under this is a coffee mug-sized cup. It's too short to even fit a normal 16oz water bottle. Not going to work for me as I was hoping to fill other things besides a short cup. Returning.

Great small pump, easy to use. I use it to transfer purified water from 5L bottle to small 500ml bottles which fit in the fridge. And one can set the amount of water you want to transfer ie. 500ml light on the base. It is accurate!!

Product did not last long only 6 months

It works well usually, but within a month, it started to randomly dispense the water without anyone pushing the button. I was happy with it until this issue and now I need to get another one because it does it over night when I’m sleeping, which also wastes good water.

It worked for one month only and suddenly stopped working. It was actually good while it was working.

Don’t buy ! It’s a nice idea but it’s unbelievably loud !!! It’s embarrassing if you have people visiting and they want a glass of water
