Is this soap BPA free?

Hi there- Thanks for reaching out! Yes, our Hand Soap is BPA free. Our 12oz bottles are aluminum and our 1-Gallon refill bottles are made from HDPE, which is a BPA-free plastic.

Did anyone have a problem with the pump as I can’t get them to pop open & they just turn 360 degrees regardless if I turn it to the left or right

Thank you for reporting this to us. Remove the pump from the bottle, hold the shaft near the top of the pump, and twist, it pops open with ease and then will open repeatedly after that (see attached video).
