I use them at work to get my blood flowing after sitting for too long. My co-workers all think I'm crazy but people are always trying to pick them up and use them. Very cool.I like the grip of the new 25lbs versions.

I use the workout hammer almost daily. It’s made very well and shipped fast. The package it was shipped in could have been a bit better but no damage done. Great tool to my workout regimen

Exactly what I was looking for in a kettlebell set up for my office. Needed something that would provide upper body & core exercises but small enough to not be in the way. Effective enough for light training and cardio while you're in the middle of a Zoom/Teams meeting.

It's 25 lb it's really cool looking and great for working out. Only wish it was packaged a little better it came with a couple of dents. The one on the hammer face is fine but the one on the handle You can see all the way through.

I had to order this kettle bell 3 times because they kept losing them. I finally get it today and there is a chip in it. It looks cool but I am really not impressed that it is chipped right out of the box!
