I felt was too hard when I got it. But gave it a go anyway. Great. Def relieves my back issue entirely. Lower back. Seems hard at first but it’s the kind of hard the back needs. It also softens with mileage a bit. And after about 2 years it’s lovely. Buying second one now as lost previous. My BMW has bucket seats and yes it’s a bit wide for it but it works just fine. I still use the strap but have to reposition every time I get in the car. No issue. Just give it a flick up when I get in. Like putting on seatbelt you get used to it

Does the job for which it was in tended. a qulity item

Love this for long distances. It is sturdy and keeps its shape. Only thing I didn't like was the strap that I don't use...

Too large and firm - returned for refund

Description states "premium grade visco-elastic foam" which is actually memory foam. It's not, it's cheap hard sponge. I contacted seller about it but they did not reply. Not even poor communication, it was no communication at all. Do not buy if you want a comfortable memory foam back support.

Bought this due to my company BMW not having a lumbar support (Who would have thought lumbar support would be an option in 2017!) and suffering with lower lumbar arthritis. when it was new it was a little bit too big but having now done 14k miles on it, its flattened down and is pretty much perfect. As I have the M Sport seats, the bolsters prevent the strap being used to hold it in place but it sits nicely between the bolsters and doesn't move anyway.

Really helps to relieve the pressure of your lower back, while sitting in a chair or sofa....
