Fantastic customer service!
I love my mini coffee maker. So far everything has been great. What is most impressive is their customer service. I rank it very highly. When I first made this purchase they reached out to me to assure me if any problems they would stand by their product and emphasized customer satisfaction. Their communication and follow ups have been amazing. The only problem I had was caused by an error on my part and not the machine and they still went above and beyond to help me.In regards to the machine I like it a lot. It is the perfect space saving unit in a beautiful blue color. It makes good, hot coffee. I previously owned a similar looking one of a different brand but it didn’t last. I can’t speak to the longevity of the Tegula brand as I’ve not had it very long but there are many features about it that I prefer such as: latch to open it works easier, pod holder has a handle so you can remove it right away even when hot, pod fits in holder very securely and have had no problems with piercing, quiet as it only makes one signal when you plug it in and 5 short beeps when coffee is finished( not loud) and no loud noise when brewing. Also like that it accommodates a little taller cup than some although all travel mugs would probably not fit. The only thing I noticed was it takes a slightly longer time to brew a cup but it’s only probably an extra half minute or so and that’s not a problem to me. I recommend trying out this coffee maker. Hard to go wrong when customer service stands by their product and cares about their customers!

Works great and gives you ability to make more than a standard 6-8 oz cup
I bought this coffee maker to take on vacation since my wife started drinking decaf. She needs to leave enough room in her cup for milk, I have a large Yeti cup that can easily hold 14 ozs. It comes with measuring spoons and two inserts. One insert takes k-cups and k-cup compatible refillable pods. These are great for making a 6-8 oz cup of coffee. The other insert is a filter basket that will hold three scoops of ground coffee, enough for a strong 12-14 oz cup of coffee. This machine works great and is quick to brew. I use a measuring cup with a spout to put water into the reservoir without spilling. Push the button, it turns on, heats the water, brews the coffee and when done, turns off and emits several beeps. I don't know how long it will last, but we won't be using it for everyday coffee making. Took it on vacation with us last week and used it every day to make 5-6 cups a day. Worked perfectly. So far I am very impressed, especially for the price.

Nice little coffee maker with some minor(ish) issues
I bought this coffee maker 12 months ago as a replacement for a Keurig that finally died. I wanted to use up the K-cups that I had left while transitioning to a more economical filter for ground coffee.Pros: Takes up a small amount of counter space. Great for one cup of coffee (scant 300 mL or less). Decent tasting brew. I've used it daily for the past year with only recent issues.Cons: The maximum water fill line is difficult to see in the reservoir. If you're blearly-eyed in the a.m. and overfill the reservoir then the two overfill plugs on either side of the filter will pop up out of their holes and you will never be able to brew another cup without splattering the whole counter with coffee droplets (also you'll get burned if you get too close while it's brewing).Even if you attempt to put those rubber plugs back into their respective holes they always pop out again with every brew. It always has had a splattery brew, but this current level of splatter with the plugs continously popping out is too much. Also, the filter cap is hinged with a thin skin of plastic that seems destined to break apart at any moment.Until the recent splattering issues, the filter for the ground coffee was my only con. All in all, it's a decent coffee maker if you drink smaller cups of coffee and baby it better than I did.

Not worth it
I generally don't write too many reviews but felt compelled to on this item. The reviews seems to be fairly decent so I purchased it. The maker was very cheaply made, plastic like but that wasn't my worst worries as I read that. However the maker did not perform. The coffee was week. It was hot but week. It was difficult to negotiate the amount of water I needed with my creamer that I add, with my kcup. Then I poured the water into the reservoir, and the water immediately started to drop out. Slowly and in spurts but still dripped out as I was preparing my creamer in my cup. But all in all the coffee was weak.Addition: 06/22/23I want to add that a representative contacted me immediately and apologized for my dissatisfaction. The rep stated they desire complete customer satisfaction and stand behind their integrity. The company refunded my purchase within days. The rep maintained quick communications. I am hugh on customer service and for that I would buy from this company again.

Quick and easy to use
Nice little coffee maker. I've owned over a dozen Keurig machines. While they make a good cup of coffee I've always found them to be too expensive, too big, too complicated and too quick to stop working properly. Despite regular descalings my current Keurig doesn't put out the right amount of water, requiring 3 separate cycles to fill one cup. This little guy is as simple as you please. Makes a nice, hot cup of coffee, includes separate holders for K cups or loose grounds, and beeps when done. No filters, used grounds get recycled, zero waste! Was a little worried about the number of reviews complaining of leakage. Reading those revealed users who don't know how to work a basic coffee maker. It only puts out as much water as you put in. Just load the coffee, fill your coffee cup with water to the desired level, pour it into the machine and hit one button. Guaranteed to not "leak" (i.e. overflow the cup)

Didn't work long
This worked about 10 months of everyday use. I cannot get it to make a cup of coffee usually only a third full. It's been cleaned several times and still won't work.
