How many sealed bags of pieces come in this box?

Mine were all wrappped up in one big bag with just a small one inside the bigger bag with the small bits in. When opened do not need these bags as the container it comes in will store all the pieces safe.

How many wheels are there in the set ?

There are 4 wheels in this set. I bought this for my Grandson aged 5 years and 3 months. A step up from the previous aged 3 to 5. This set says aged 5 to 10? He has only really now, aged over six and a half years of age, got into it as hes into Lego. The Grandson still plays with the early set more at the moment.
