Defective product supply ..with out checking quality control by Blue star AC through amazon
I have purchased the blue star ac from Amazon..during installation the installation team found that theris no gas inthe outdoor unit..then they said it is responsiblity of amazon..and and for extra charge for gas filling..the unit is not yet installed..this is my story of purchasing ac through Amazon..very disappointing..

Disappointed with the Product and Service
This product has several issues. It struggles with cooling and is noticeably noisy during operation. Unlike other brands, it doesn't offer a horizontal swing feature and doesn't come with a remote stand. Installation cost me ₹2,249, which feels excessive given the overall experience.The worst part is the after-sales service — absolutely pathetic. The service center hasn’t responded despite multiple calls. I strongly advise against buying this brand. Poor product quality and even worse customer support.

Star performance
A user friendly pamplet to use Remote will be beneficial.After a week usage feedback = 5 stars for AC performance.Bluestar should review the installation with photos and make it more aesthtic by engineer. Installation staff are n hurry to complete and leave fir next assignment. Customer are at their mercy.
