Wright's Baking Mixed Grain Bread Mix, 500g

Although this product is more expensive than supermarkets' own brand it is well worth it. I use the fastbake 2 setting on my breadmaker and take the paddle out at the end of the kneeding process (about 16-17 minutes) so that I don't get the big hole in the bottom of my loaf - it then takes about another 62 minutes to cook. The end result is a very well risen and professional loaf which is full of lovely bready flavour.

Great just nade scrambled egg super

This turned out much better than expected. I used a pie tin as suggested by another customer. I don’t have a bread maker so I did by hand. The instructions are clear, and you don’t need a lot of kneading which was my concern. (Have arthritis issues) when the dough is left in a warm place it doubles in size and the cooking time is spot on. It comes out quite flat (which is more to do with the tin!) but tastes excellent. Next time I’m going to add more seeds and put seeds on top. Definitely worth the effort. Good next day toasted too. Our loaf lasted 2 days purely because we both liked it.. it would probably be ok for 3 days but it didn’t last that long in our house!

I normally buy this bread mix as it works well. Unfortunately it is becoming harder to find.

Excellent product, add 300ml of water, and the whole packet to your breadmaker and set it away. Perfect bread in around 3 hours. I've purchased, and enjoyed the whole range and still go back for more.
