I bought this trolley for my parents to help make things easier for them in their tiny kitchen and when space is at a premium, I needed something that would fit through a smallish gap, yet be able to be turned and manoeuvred around the other way under the counter and also be able to get out easily. In addition to that, I wanted something that was lightweight to pull and push but be strong enough to withstand heavy cleaning bottles and tons of stuff. Not much of a list if requirements there 😫, but this trolley ticked all the boxes. I didn't have exact measurements of the space so was hoping it would fit, and it did The trolley has 3 tiers and all have deep, lipped shelves so nothing will fall out. The shape of the unit is slightly tapered in at the top and has 360° smooth castors, as well as top handles for movability. It's been fully loaded and lives up to its name of being heavy duty and has made a huge difference to being able to access stuff for my parents. Each time I speak to them, they tell me how good the trolley is, so I'm very pleased with it. (I wish I'd taken a photo of it but every time I see them, I've forgotten). Definitely well-made, sturdy and above all, useful. Highly recommended.

Great trolley, easy to put together, plenty of room and strong

When I saw the size of the box this came in, I thought I had ordered the wrong item...it's that small. But the trolley is sturdy, easy to assemble and looks great. It's also easy to clean and the wheels, supports and black coating seems hard-wearing, so I suspect it'll last a long time.

Fairly easy assembly. But rocketry because no washers included and the but does not tighten completely. However the base is strong and the trays a good size.

I bought my first of these mobile storage shelves (I don't know what to call them to be fair, lol), about 2 weeks ago, and it was the perfect fit for what I intended to use it for. I was able to organise all of my arts and crafts items, and create more space in my room as a result. However, I didn't realise just how functional, space saving and all-round useful this would be. I needed somewhere to store my reading books, but didn't want to have to buy a full sized bookshelf, as I have a limited amount of space. So, I decided to buy another one of these, and once again, I'm very pleased with my purchase. I am so happy that they have wheels and I can move my books to me, and the same for my arts and crafts items; I can keep them at my desk until I've finished using them, and simply wheel everything back to its designated space once I'm done. I bought my first one with a small amount of money off during Amazon's Black Friday event, but the second one was purchased at full price - both are great value for money! Both of mine are in the black variant, because that's what fits best in the room that I have them in, but I'm sure the white would look just as nice. This is an excellent shelf, with a good design! It would be nice to see them become available in some pastel colours, as I would definitely be interested in buying even more of them, lol!

I have given 5 stars because the trolley is very sturdy and I'm pleased with how much it holds. I wasn't sure whether to deduct a star because, unlike most customers, I found it very difficult to assemble. I suppose I was just unlucky. I knew what I needed to do but I found that although the screws etc were supposed to be the same, many of them didn't actually fit together and so it was a question of trial and error, seeing which would screw together properly. So it ended up taking me ages to put it together and although I managed it in the end it is a bit wobbly. I'm not sure how long the brakes would last as they don't look that sturdy to me but I'm not bothered as I won't need to use them anyway.

The bolts are too long to be tightened correctly. Don't buy unless you want to get bolts separately. Otherwise metal and wheel are of good enough quality

Arrived promptly, no problem assembling, glides smoothly along. Using as a tea trolley temporarily, and took a cup of tea from one room to the other with no problem. The 'trays' are slightly graded in size with largest at the bottom. I could fit single dinner plates on both bottom 2 tiers. .

When I first received the cart I had an really hard time putting it together until I realized the screws were too long. I took a couple of pictures and reached out to the seller. They messaged me back and said they would send me the correct size screws which they did. Once I received them it took me only a short time to assemble the cart. The seller was extremely helpful and I think the cart is a good product. I would definitely buy again.

Great little cart. Love that it feels sturdy (metal like material) and has a lock so it doesn’t roll unless you want it to. Came with little removable dividers so you can make compartments for your items. I store my (many) beauty and skincare items in it, and there is plenty of room, and helps declutter my dresser. Happy with my purchase!

Very sturdy, well made. Good design! Easy to roll on hard surfaces and easy to lift with handles on carpet. Feels nice and solid. Bought a plastic one previously and it gets the job done, but can’t be moved easily (falls apart) — so I recommend getting this one first!!
