bought as gift
I'd heard about these so bought them for my son as a stocking filler. Look good, great value, neat little gift. Not sure he'll know they need to go in the freezer though as there is nothing with it or on it to say what they do or how to use them - I googled it to find out

the service was excellent, my order arrived before it was due, during covid lockdown.
Product was slightly different to tbe one ordered, and expected, but I am more than happy with the items delivered, as I think it is of better quality.

Poorer quality
I was given Sagaform Whiskey stones at Christmas and then wanted to buy some more but these are not as good in quality or colour as the ones I bought from John Lewis which were more expensive. As they were both were also Sagaform I thought they would be the same as I had. Just shows that it does not pay to try and pay a cheaper price

Went down a treat
I got these for my father in law who sent me a text a day later to say how much he loved them. In fact my brother and hubby both want some now. Firstly you put the stones in the freezer and after a couple of hours you can pop them straight into your drink (doesn't have to be Whiskey) and it will cool it down just like ice but without diluting it. Cheers!

Product Not As Advertised
Be warned this product is NOT as advertised. The whiskey stones are not Sagaform as stated but 'Sipping Stone'. No big deal except sagagform cost around £18 is purchased from John Lewis, so £8.95 appears to be a good bargain. Whereas the Sipping Stone sent can be readily purchased on Amazon for £6.99 (therefore overpriced by £2).What is even a bigger concern is that it appears from the supplier's response that this was not a mere mistake in the incorrect item being shipped as they have simply requested the item to be returned with no mention of the correct item being sent. Therefore its appears this is a bit of a scam, preying on people who don't realise the difference and think they are getting a bargain whereas the are really paying over the odds for a inferior product.

Great present
Bought for my friend and he loved them. Compared to other cheaper products and these were the outright winners. They are a substantial size, unlike the cheaper ones and cool the whiskey for longer. The only detractor was the small black pouch that the stones come in is fragile so bear that in mind.Bottom line. I would recommend these.

Novelty gift
Bought this item for a friend along with a bottle of whiskey purely for the novelty value and he loved them. You can chill your favourite tipple without watering it down with lots of ice.Same item should be £18 in John Lewis so they were an abosolute bargain from Amazon as they were £10 with postage.
