I purchased this item for its aesthetics and portability - compact and functional. Unfortunately, previous reviews have mentioned a mishap, my order arrived without the 50 pack replacement as mentioned in the product description. Perhaps the seller can remove or update that info from the product description since it's misleading. The replacement pack is sold separately. You will only receive the case with the 10 floss sticks inside. Nonetheless, I have small floss sticks from a previous purchase that should fit this case. I'll see how this case holds up over time.

So cute and convenient! Small enough to fit in my purse or pockets. Easy to refill and to take out the dental floss. For the price, you can't beat it!

The case is great and works well, but you can't refill it with your common floss picks. They will not fit. I do not like the idea of having to buy theirs especially since I already have bags of my favorites. Very unfortunate.
