How do I assemble this playpen? Is it difficult?

assemble was easy but do not expect to take it down as easy, if you will be leaving it up as a parent then yes but as a grand parent taking it down after visits then I don't recommend.

Can I buy just the mat?

I dont know you can probably look it up Nd see what comes up.

Is it convenient to pack and take out when camping or traveling?

Thank you for your inquiry. Of course, it is convenient to carry. It can be easily installed and packaged, and it can be stowed away when not needed. Hope this helps.

Is there anyway to biy replacement bars. I am missing 7
