Absolutely awesome! If I could give more stars I would! I have struggled with sleep for a long time. So, I know I am sleeping much better and dreaming so much! I still use my mushroom gummies to help me get to sleep (I tried going without but was not successful) but this magnesium powder helps me stay asleep and get back to sleep if I have to get up for the bathroom (I’m 71) which I usually do. There are other magnesium powders out there but this one specifically addresses the blood brain barrier which was why I bought it.

This stuff is fantastic, and I highly recommend it to lots of people.

While I love the product, this one is half the size of my previous order and more expensive. I had to change my subscription because the prior one was no longer available but I don't recall anything showing that it was the smaller size.

My daughter has a terrible time sleeping, something like this was recommended! It really seems to help and she likes the flavor. So that’s a plus!
