Recently purchased this headset strap after the original manufacturer's wore out. I really like this one so far after sleeping with it for the last few nights and certaintly seems to be very good value for the price that you pay for it. The fit and size of the headgear strap is on par with the OEM strap that you either get with your CPAP unit or get as a replacement. No leaks or fit issues detected as the strap seems to fir well, and the velcro also seems to hold up really well compared to the OEM strap. Time will tell on durability, but so far, this is a well functional, and stable headgear strap that will definitely get the job done.

Works well

This is the second time I have purchased this replacement headgear. It's the only one my husband likes, and he's tried a few. He loves the way it fits, the great hold of the Velcro, the comfort, and it lasts him for about a year before he needs a new one.

Exactly as advertised and arrived on time. I really am amazed that these are not only available but are MUCH cheaper than what the supply house my doctor recommended charges.

Avoid this product. It's obviously cheap Asia made junk. Velcro is sewn on wrong side of straps. so you have to flip it inside out. Top strap over head is way too short. I doubt many men would be able to make that work. As a woman, I had to fold the velcro over and fasten just 3/4" to the strap. One strap attaching to the top of the cpap mask was sewn on backwards - facing to back of the head rather than forward to the mask frame. Flipped and pinned with a safety pin. Very poorly made. Will not order again. If I had not been so desperate for a new mask headgear I would never had kept this piece of junk. I'm ordering a decent one again. ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Amazon is getting full of these poorly made products from overseas. The new American Temu

I should have read reviews more closely— this is NOT an actual Respironics product. It’s a pretty cheap replacement. It smells, it is much stiffer than the original, and doesn’t come with the magnet connectors. Not a win unfortunately. Not sure why it’s an Amazon favorite.
