Summer fun for my dog
My dog and I love this! I use this yo fill plastic baby pool for my dog. She digs at it and tries to bite it. I bought this because its rubber and it won't hurt her when digging and ripping at it. It's also good for spraying and she chases the water spray around. It's so easy to start amd stop and it does not drip or leak at all. This is my second summer with this item and its great when its hot out . It is ok for watering established plants in ground or very large pots but controlling how hard and fast it sprays is difficult so watering pots is not ideal so I fill a Watering can with it. My hose doesn't reach all my pots anyway.

Corresponds to LONN "jet stream" model - Comparison
LONN Mfg is the USA company that made this type of nozzle ("Water Saver") starting in the 1940s. So this is a knock-off and not sure of the quality. Several reviews say it will not stand up to heavy continuous use. The LONN Water Saver my family had in the early 1960s worked flawlessly up until the 2009 when it was mistakenly sold in an estate sale, so I can attest the LONN Mfg USA made nozzle is made to last a very long time, so keep that in mind if you think the USA made version is expensive. Another thing to note is that the nozzle I received has a very small outlet hole, maybe like 3/16 of an inch or so. This corresponds to the "jet stream" LONN Water Saver. The LONN Water Saver comes in 4 types, fan, jet stream, medium flow, and open flow. Open flow is my preference for watering plants. A smaller nozzle may be more useful for washing cars, since the smaller hole will shoot the water farther. But you can always use your thumb on the tip of the Open Flow to shoot the water farther.
