Great product
I can't fix anything, but I watched a video on YouTube. I bought this valve for my FX6. It literally took me 5 minutes. Amazing & so easy!

Good Replacement
These seem to be the original equipment on the fx6. No leaks.

Good construction
The valves that came with the filter when purchased new are very difficult to close and the part where the hoses attach were smooth and the hoses often slip and leak while I'm struggling to turn the values. Bought these replacement valves hoping the issues were not present in the newer replacements. And they are not. The valves turn easily. I haven't yet replaced the ones on the filter, but I will during the next cleaning.

Product description error: the description says it's two pieces, but it's actually one set consisting of the valve and the O-rings. I had to buy it twice to complete the replacement. Unfortunately, I only realized this when I was already doing the maintenance and I still had one valve left to replace. However, the product is easy to replace and works very well.
