Can i run with this ankle brace? how much movement does this supporter restrict? i consider i wear this item under my running shoes.

I use this ankle support to play tennis and find that it only prevents me from rollling my ankle without much restriction of other movement ... you should have no problem doing running with it.

Does it limit you from bending ankle normally when walking ?

I use it for running and cycling, best support I have used so far. Hope this helps

Does it work for volleyball ankle support?

My daughter plays both school and club volleyball and uses this brace...it's been great! Remember no brace will work if not the right fit though... You could measure your ankle size from back of heel to top of foot because the size depends on your ankle size not your foot length...
