Zippo Mini MPL Multi Purpose/Candle Lighter - Chrome

Have been using for months now and it is a good sturdy build that still fully functions, sparks and lights consistently. As a smoker this is a great lighter from a good quality brand.

Not only expensive but entirely useless and difficult to use. Requires pressing on one side whilst pusing on the other side. Also the Zippo Lighter fuel recommended does not work and is useless. Absolute waste of time and money. Not recommended

I absolutely love my old trusty Zippo lighter When I needed a long reach lighter to light my new bio ethanol tabletop fire I immediately thought of Zippo I’ve had cheap long reach lighters in the past but they don’t last very long I saw this Zippo version and ordered it straight away. I knew it was Made in China rather than USA when I purchased it but it’s still a Zippo! It’s actually better than I expected. I filled it easily with gas and it worked first time It’s a wind proof lighter. It has a coil that heats up and then once you click the top button it releases the gas which, of course, lights immediately. If you blow out the flame it will relight again and again It feels incredibly well made but it doesn’t have a level indicator to show how much gas is in it Apart from that it’s a brilliant lighter and I’d highly recommend it

Not as reliable as you’d expect for the money. The element to light it got damaged from getting caught on fabric and now it takes a few clicks to get going. Not very good design, other similar products have a tougher element. Save your money or buy two cheaper ones!

So far, so good! Works well. Pity there's no fuel level indicator...

This item seems pretty good quality and is certainly child resistant. It lights easily and produces a decent size flame. One odd trait this item has however is that the flame stays alight for at least 2 seconds after releasing the switch, which in my opinion make it quite dangerous. It should extinguish immediately after the switch is released. The sound the flame makes gives the impression that it should burn with a blue blowtorch style flame as it roars like a blowtorch. It doesn't however. It produces a yellow flame of incomplete combustion. I have attached a video of operation so you can make your own mind up.

Keep it clean from Greece or the black enamel will peel off. Otherwise, it's very useful.

Does not light and cannot return item!

Lighter didn't last after 3 weeks of daily usuage. The trigger is now loose and won't click and light up anymore. I plan to sue Zippo for false advertising.

Bought this as zippo is a well known and respected brand. It’s rubbish, gas pressure fluctuates, so you have to keep adjusting the flame height. Ignition system is equally unreliable. It’s the second zippo I’ve bought, and binned. Safe yourself the hassle and avoid like the plague

Dopo aver provato una miriade di accendifuoco ed esserne rimasto sempre sistematicamente deluso finalmente credo di aver trovato quello che volevo.Lo possiedo da qualche giorno e ogni volta lo prendo in mano e lo utilizzo mi compiaccio sempre più per l'acquisto che ho fatto. Qualcuno ha sollevato il problema della difficoltà di accensione a due tasti sincronizzati, ma vi assicuro che dopo non più di 5 o 6 accensioni consecutive l'azione diventa molto fluida e naturale, con indice sotto e pollice sopra che scorrono in senso opposto, proprio come quando si tasta un tessuto o si simboleggiano i quattrini.. Mia moglie, che non è particolarmente ferrata per le azioni manuali, come lo ha acceso al primo colpo senza lamentare alcuna difficoltà. La fiamma di questo accendino è molto particolare in quanto si presenta come la combinazione di due tecnologie, fiamma tradizionale più quella detta turbo, quest'ultima inoltre agisce anche su una resistenza che rimane incandescente per qualche istante dopo aver tolto la fiamma , sicchè azionando solo il tasto superiore è possibile riaccendere la fiamma senza far scoccare la scintilla.Questo serve nel caso in cui si debbano effettuare accensioni particolarmente scomode. Per quanto riguarda la carica e ricarica è però importante utilizzare bombolette di puro butano altrimenti a lungo andare si potranno ossidare le condotte del gas. Amazon naturalmente eccellente come sempre!
