Needs seasoning
Very crispy and good colour. I mixed with sparkling cold water. Please not the batter needs seasoning with a good amount of salt and maybe some white pepper.

I like the flour, as it helps me produce very good batter. But the Price! Regular flour is about £1.50 per kilo - this is FIVE times as much
