Received product. Did not know needed Uk adapter for plug-should be in description. Otherwise would give 5 stars. However mug is fantastic. I set it on ‘hot’- lasts hours with cover on. Love this product.

Best of a bad lot re heating mugs. get hotter than most others but still not hot enough. a little fiddly to increase temp. tends to default to a different heat setting when it is turned on again - and it switches off spontaneously quite often hence this is a problem. keeps drink hot for about 45mins after a couple of uses i.e battery capacity degrades quite quickly, unsurprisingly given the amperes it has to deliver (pretty sure this will be the case with most heated mugs). very good looking and great design and a bit larger capacity than most. cleans easily. If you really want a heating mug then this a is a good one to buy, but beware they all fall short of expectations - I no longer use mine. I have marked it down because for what you pay it is disappointing - but then they all are - my advice = dont pay for any of these until someone makes one that is good looking and heats to a higher temp and lasts - I guess it will take a few years for that to happen...

Seems to work well, although reliability not known yet – others have reported poor battery life. One negative is that although it comes with a universal (i.e. 110/240 v AC) charger, it has a US plug, so you will need an adaptor.

There is no specific mention (that I can see) in the product information that says it only comes fitted with a US plug. US/UK plug adapter needed.

Bought as present. The recipient loves it and uses it everyday. Highly recommended.

At first great, does yellow with coffee but the aftr 9 months the battery will not keep its charge anymore. Tried customer support with no success
