What you would expect
This was exactly what I expected. A tube of liquid Icing to write on a birthday cake. It was pretty easy to open and use, the icing was pretty easy to write with. The only downside was that it did not dry at any point so remained prone to smearing and smudging until the cake was needed.

No good for me
I tried to use this for Spiderman's webs on a birthday cake but it didnt come out very well so I ended up wiping it off and using an edible ink pen. My kitchen was nice and warm so it wasn't because it was cold and therefore too thick to squeeze out.

Useful
This is a classic for any cake with writing on it. Used it on father Christmas strawberries.

Terrible
Not fit for purpose. Like ink just dripped and pooled. Tasted very metallic. Not good at all. Avoid.

A god send!
I was tight on time, so this was a god send to set the facial features for the Tails (Sonic the hedgehog) cake I was making. Snip off the top to give the line width (fine or narrow). I used 4 tubes, making the lines thicker by going over several times. Mostly the flow was smooth but a couple of tubes sputtered, leaving blobs, or stopped flowing temporarily, beaking up the line. Each tube was individually wrapped and I would buy again for convenience.
