Is this compatible with Swiss Madison wall hung toilets?

Hello, this is designed specifically for Geberit In-Wall toilet tanks. As they have not been tested with the Swiss Madison brand, we do not know if all the holes will line up exactly. There is a chance it would still be compatible, but purchase at your own risk if you are buying this for a non-Geberit branded toilet tank.

Will this work with the Toto brand?

Hello, this is made to work with all Geberit Sigma in-wall tank systems. We cannot guarantee it will work with other brands, as mounting points / actuator connections might be slightly off. Hope this helps!
