Would not recommend for sensitive gums
I stopped using this mouthwash because I found that on days I would use it I would always develop a mouth ulcer soon after. I think it was perhaps a little too abrasive for my mouth. I would not recommend this for people with sensitive gums etc. The taste also put me off after a while, and the lid was a bit awkward for use as a cup - it was very slippery and did not indicate how much mouthwash to pour inside it.
