Fantastic Eyeliner – My Go-To for Years
I have been using Rimmel London Scandal’eyes Eyeliner since it was first released, and I absolutely love it! I reorder it all the time and have even recommended it to friends and family. It glides on smoothly, has excellent staying power, and the colour is intense. It really does stay put throughout the day without smudging, and the quality is consistently excellent. A brilliant eyeliner soft, long lasting and easy to apply that I wouldn’t be without. 5 stars from me

Brilliant bit of kit!
This is a great black eye-liner by Rimmel. It is very soft and smooth, and coverage is excellent. It's easy to use; you can get a fine line, or a thicker one, and it’s good for wings if you want them. You can use it on the waterline, and once it’s dry, it really does stay where you put it with the absolute minimum of smudging. You can use it for a smoky eye, and if you work quickly, you can soften it and make it smudge, if that’s the look you want. The colour is fantastic black with a real depth to it. Longevity is excellent, and if you do get any wear, it’s even. It’s easy to remove with any decent make-up remover. For the price, you really can’t go wrong.

Nice eyeliner a little lighter in green colour would have liked to be darker, then expected but does the job. Does smudge on upper eyelid sometimes.

Favourite eyeliner
Love the pigmentation and easy application, it stays on all day and extremely worth it for the money. It glides on and there’s a lot of product. The only downside is that a lot of pigment gets lost after sharpening. The product is great and 100% would recommend

Needs sharpening
Nice but wouldn’t have bought it realized it needed hardening. Thought it was the twisting one. Won’t buy again to messy

Useless - unable to sharpen
This pencil was good to start with but I broke two sharpeners trying to sharpen the end. It just will not sharpen at all and I believe it could be coated thinly in plastic. So as I can’t sharpen the end it’s absolutely useless and a waste of money

Very nice kind of brown color with glitter😍🙌🏼 it’s a creamy texture so easy to put and high pigmented. It’s is a waterproof & smudge proof I really like it🙌🏼 next time i will order color black.
