VUL575 SweetDreams Cool Mist

We've used this so many times since we bought it. It's come in handy everytime the children get a cough or cold and works a treat. The water tank can hold a vast amount of water which is handy as it keeps going through the night. Easy to clean. You can change the intensity of the mist and insert the Vicks vapour cartridges if needed (although quite pricey!) With the added bonus of a pictorial nightlight (3 interchangeable scenes to choose from) which is great for our young children. The one thing I'd say we weren't so keen on was the size, it's rather large! A monster of a humidifier! We're fortunate enough to have space to store and put it on bedside tables big enough when in use. But for those who are short on space / storage might find it a headache to store away when not in use. Otherwise no qualms whatsoever. Worth the expense.

Brilliant humidifier, my son loves the star night light setting. Using the Vicks pads when they have a cold is also a great feature though the pads are a bit pricey and I can only find them on Amazon. I have another cool mist humidifier and this one is better. This has a larger water tank and the other one has a stupid LED light that illuminates the whole room. Would recommend getting a hygrometer to ensure you don't make the air overly wet. No issues with damp carpets or anything, we have it placed on top of a tall chest of drawers, although it does generate a fine white dust (calcium or other minerals) that gathers around the room but we have hard water and this is to be expected.

Helps eases blocked noses etc

So my initial review was below but turns out i was using it wrong and had the humidifier to low and that's why I had a puddle. Once I put it up high the water evaporated and I no longer had puddles of water when using. I have used this several times now and everytime the floor ends up with a puddle of water and the bedding ends up wet so I have to stop using it. I wouldn't recommend this item at all.

Bought this as it has a projector built in. I thought for my sensory child the aromatherapy and lights would be perfect together. The projector area is very small and will be even smaller in her room on th shelf. Doesnt do much visually on the ceiling. Definitely not worth the price. Nice idea but not great for what I need. Unsure on how the aromatherapy pod will be as it just slots on the side but time will tell. Hoped this would replace an aromatherapy oil diffuser but I will probably just switch back to that once I've used these pods up ..

When it works this product is brilliant. Its quite white noise, humidification and scent pads definitely help baby sleep better esp when he has a cold. Having the projection is a bonus but sometimes distracts baby from actually sleeping! Main problem is the fan noise that suddenly trebled after about 4 months of ownership. Its now too loud to use and if I can't fix it it will be going back - refund or not, as it's rendered useless.

Bought for my Grandson. It helped his breathing. Worth every penny.

It isn't the cheapest out there and we don't actually use the scent function for our little one (as we use the Calpol plug ins) so I can't comment on that feature but we bought this as we live in a Victorian House and in the summer the rooms get incredibly dry. This has undoubtedly help humidify the room and generally we are delighted. The one thing I would say is that it needs cleaning incredibly often due to buildup of undesirables inside but that may just be our water.

Work well

Works well, but you need to clean before each fill or you will get slim buildup.

It doesn’t humidify and it leaks water! I don’t i know where to go for warranty. I’m in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh
