APA/MLA Guidelines - 7th/9th Editions Style Reference for Writing: a QuickStudy Laminated Guide (QuickStudy Academic)

This laminated card was a good summary of the MLA requirements for term papers. In addition, I suggest students consult Purdue's OWL web site for a more extensive list of requirements with extensive examples.

Thin, with a protective coating and very portable. Available for most subject categories, and inexpensive enough to get several. I do recommend as a quick review for students or even just to keep at home for anyone who wants or needs to produce clear well written documents when needed.

The information was very well laid out and easy to follow!

Simply to the point

I love these abbreviated style guides. So easy to use. I have this one and AP and AMA. They are detailed enough to give you what you need. I don't need to subscribe to online sources.

There is a certain agenda throughout the guidelines that have nothing to do with writing and should have been left out. Would have returned, but didn’t realize this until after the cut off for returns.

This APA instruction pamphlet is exactly what you are looking for when you are looking for help with APA formatting. It can definitely be overwhelming to look at given there are so many rules, but it is definitely helpful to cover up the rest of it with a piece of paper to help you focus on the information you are looking at at that moment. Very well constructed and laminated so it is waterproof too!
