Like Fermaid-O and Go-Ferm this is quite a fine powder, but it also has small chunks in it.Beware as the smell is quite strong, and the packet may "burp" a little when resealing.So far has really helped kick off my fermentations I have used it in.As I have said with Fermaid-O and Go-Ferm from this company it is more expensive than it is in the USA but worth the price for its use!
