What's in this formula, and how much glutamine is in each serving?

Each scoop delivers 10g of pure L-Glutamine, no other added ingredients. It's an essential amino acid your body relies on heavily during physical and mental stress.

What does glutamine actually do for muscle recovery and gut health?

Under stress, natural glutamine production can fall short, so the body pulls glutamine from muscle tissue, which can weaken the immune system. Supplementing supports muscle recovery, reduced soreness, and healthy gut lining.

How do I take it, and when's the best time?

Mix 1 scoop (10g) with water or your beverage of choice daily. Commonly taken after a workout for recovery, though any consistent time of day works.

Is this the same as taking a BCAA or EAA product?

No, this is a single amino acid (glutamine), not a blend like BCAAs or EAAs. Glutamine specifically supports recovery and gut lining health, and is often stacked alongside a BCAA/EAA product rather than replacing it.

Who should not take this product?

Consult a physician before use if you're pregnant, nursing, under 18, or have a diagnosed medical condition.
